Shane has worked extensively throughout Texas, from Frisco to the Rio Grande Valley, as a superintendent, Business Development Manager, Division Manager and VP of Operations. Projects for these firms included three residential developments, the $125-million Ak Chin Hotel & Casino, and the $2.5-billion Tesla Battery Plant. As General Manager of Anchor Roofing Systems, Shane has overall responsibility in management of the P&L.
Shane earned both his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science, and his MBA in Finance & Accounting from Texas A&M University. Prior to attending college, Shane served four years in the United States Marine Corps infantry. Away from work Shane's primary focus is his involvement with his wife and two boys. Shane's volunteer efforts include multiple youth sports board positions and coaching baseball, football, and soccer.
Rick started in the roofing business as a laborer. Throughout his 40+ year career he has made the progression from laborer to roofer; from roofer to roofing supervisor; and from roofing supervisor to his current position with Anchor as a project manager/estimator. His projects include Midland Memorial Hospital, Plano ISD, Stephenville ISD, Mesquite ISD, various other schools, universities; city and county governments, commercial and industrial projects and the Dallas Police Station and the United States Postal Service.
Brad attended Northern Arizona University before starting in the roofing industry in 1988, working for the family-owned business Cant Strip Corporation of America as an estimator for tapered insulation systems. In 1997 he was hired by Progressive Roofing in Phoenix, Arizona as an AutoCAD draftsman and transitioned into roof estimating. Brad moved to Texas in 2004 to open a new Progressive Roofing branch in Dallas. Brad started working as Senior Estimator/Project Manager at Anchor-Roofing in February 2022.
Ruben graduated in December 2017 from the University of North Texas with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Ruben worked on multiple projects with Aerospace and Automotive companies, involving a variety of team sizes, project scale, and timelines. Ruben supports the Senior PM’s by assisting in the management of project documentation, change management, material procurement, quality control and project closeout.
